Tips For Acne Skin

If you have acne prone skin avoid shell fish, kelp and iodized foods as this will exacerbate acne. Be careful of dairy products with iodized foods due to cows salt liking habits. A diet with whole grains, raw vegetables, fruits, soy, purified and alkaline water is recommended. The basic principle to remember is a healthy body fights disease better which includes acne.
